Afterwards, we got ice cream at Persicco in Belgrano, near the empanadas restaurant. Actually, I ate a lot of ice cream on this trip. The craziest cone I had was at Munchi's in the Abasto Mall. They had a dulce de leche/merengue/strawberry/cream flavor that was pretty damn good! When you order a cone, you get two flavors. One packed down into the cone, and one shaped into a bit of a triangle on the top. In the U.S., it's often more spherical, but in Buenos Aires, it was definitely more pointed on top.
